This Thickener is used for reducing the water content of low concentration sludge,and help to improve the dehydration efficiency in later stage which you knew increasing the machine's treaing capacity and low treating cost.

We can install this device in front of belt filter press, plate filter press and decanter centrifuge to improve output solid content's rate and treating capacity.

The working procedure:

1. Stirring tank (also call agitating tank)

The slurry mix throughly with polymer solution in the stirring tank, and stay in good floc situation then flow into semi-centrifuge rotary durm thickener.

The Stirring tank's material adopts stainless steel, and installed on the top of frame which have the features of easier for the operator to observe the stirring situation and decide the usage amount of polymer.

  

2. The semi-centrifuge type mud-water separation/thickening system. 

With the rotary action of centrifugal separator ( rotary speed: 22r.p.m; power: 0.37KW/set),

 large volume of free water will be removed from  the floculated slurry.The sludge that after thickening will reduce the load of belt cloth in later stage and improve solid content's rate

  

Partial features:

1. High thickening efficiency:

   Improve the sludge solid content's rate to 7%-9%;

2. Low energy consumption:

   Power from 1/4 HP to 2 HP,which depends on treating capacity;

3. Material:

    Stainless steel SUS 304 are stardard, SUS 316 are available.

4. Widely applications:

    Both municipal sewage and industrail sewage are no problem
