A ROTARY DRUM THICKENER  dewaters water by the rotary drun thickener by adding sludge and polymer in order to mix them up and flocculate. In condition of steady flow, the machine finish the sludge thickening and the sludge output process.

Put the sludge and polymer into the flocculator tank together and form good floc after appropriate mixture and stay.

The floc leak into the thickener by gravity and increase the separation speed of freewater by centrifugal force to increase the sludge consistence and form stable sludge cake.

Distributed sludge drop into the sludge hopper by gravity, anw now, the solid consistence can be above 4~6%.
