A Belt Filter Press is a biosolids/sludge dewatering device that applies mechanical presssure to a chemically conditioned slurry, which is sandwiched between two tensioned belts, by passing those belts through a serpentine of different diameter rolls.

3. Multi-dewatering sections design with high efficiency of water removal.4. One piece of back-squeezing roller is installed on end of shearing area. The roller is connected to a pair of pneumatic cylinders, which give force to the squeezed sludge cakes at the final stage. moisture that remains in the sludge cakes can be squeezed out, so that the water contents can be reduce to minimum. Pressure of back-squeeze roller can be regulated to achieve the best performance.
